Quality Doula Care and Childbirth Preparation  ​

            Complimentary consultation to get to know each other and help you decide if I am the right Doula for you.
          For  me, it is an opportunity to get to know how to better serve you.

• A prenatal visit to review your wishes for your birth and create a birth plan if desired. We will talk about how your partner and I can most effectively help you feel relaxed and confident during labor. We will go through practical comfort measures. This is also an opportunity for you to and your partner to voice any questions or concerns you have about the birth and gather any additional information. I would like to help you feel as prepared for your journey in childbirth as possible!
• My on call availability and support during labor and birth. I will be ready to assist you in your labor when you call me. I am happy to meet you at your home if you choose to labor there or also for an assisted home birth, or I can meet you at the hospital. I will stay with you throughout your labor and birth and for 1-2 hours postpartum until you and your baby are settled in comfortably.
• Postpartum visit at your home to check in on the new family, discuss the birth experience, assist with breastfeeding and provide any further referrals that you may need as you settle into your home with your newborn.
• Phone and email support prenatally and for a month postpartum. I will check in with you frequently after 37 weeks to gather updates from your appointments and see how you are feeling in the last weeks of pregnancy. I will also stay in touch after your baby is born, checking in and making sure you have what you need for a smooth transition postpartum.
